Jumat, 27 Januari 2023 diadakan perayaan HUT SMP Dwijendra yang ke-70. Mengapa ini pertama kali dilaksanakan?

Perlu diketahui bahwa Yayasan Dwijendra pertama kali dibentuk adalah untuk mewadahi SMP Dwijendra. Jadi ulang tahun yayasan adalah sama dengan ulang tahunnya unit SMP. Setelah sekian lama berlangsung dan hanya yang diperingati adalah ulang tahun yayasan maka semua tidak ada permasalahan.

Perayaan ulang tahun secara umumnya mencari beberapa yang bersifat khusus, seperti tahun ini adalah tujuh dasa warsa SMP Dwijendra sehingga perlu dirayakan. Bentuk perayaan ini adalah membuat momentum dengan pembuatan baju hut dari OSIS. Baju ini adalah kebangggan baru dari pelajar Dwijendra.

Pada saat itu dilaksanakan lomba-lomba kebersamaan kelas dan lomba lato-lato perorangan.Telah diperoleh siswa yang bermain lato-lato selama 1 jam 25 menit 24 detik.
