Setiap tanggal 1 Desember diperingati sebagai hari AIDS Sedunia. Tahun 2020 ini siswa SMP Dwijendra Denpasar menyumbangkan sebuah Prestasi dari Lomba-lomba yang diadakan Komisi Penanggulangan AIDS Kota Denpasar.

Adapun siswa tersebut adalah Richelle Prameswari, siswa kelas IX D, berhasil menjadi yang terbaik dalam Lomba Penyuluhan Kreatif Tingkat Sekolah Menengah Pertama Kota Denpasar. Richelle berhasil menyisihkan siswa dari SMP N 9 Denpasar dan SMP Sapta Andika yang menempati juara kedua dan ketiga.
